Our focus
Three areas we are currently preparing. Each begins with a needs assessment before delivery — we will not launch a service simply to have one.
Early Years Support
Developmental assessment, parenting education and home-based training for children aged 0–3 from low-income families — helping children grow up healthy in love and care, and laying the foundation for future learning.
The first three years are when the brain develops fastest and when intervention pays back most. We plan to work through home visits and small groups to help caregivers build the habit of responding to an infant’s cues — not asking them to do more, but helping them see how much what they already do matters.

Play & Learning Spaces
Safe, inspiring play and learning spaces where children develop their potential, confidence and social skills through varied activities — learning happily and growing well.
When a whole family shares a hundred-odd square feet, a child may have no desk — let alone floor space to spread out blocks. We plan to rent small community units and convert them into after-school play and study spaces, led by staff and volunteers trained in playwork.

Caregiver Companionship
Parent groups, sharing sessions and individual consultations that help parents relieve stress, connect and grow — walking with their children through challenges to build a harmonious family.
A caregiver’s mental state is part of a child’s environment. A parent who is exhausted, isolated and under constant pressure has little left to respond with. We plan to centre this work on regular peer groups — not parenting classes, but a room of people in similar circumstances holding each other up.
