Peace for Children Development Limited was established in Hong Kong in January 2026. We focus on children aged 0–12 and their caregivers, particularly families with fewer resources.
For children, peace includes safe surroundings, consistent care and the freedom to play and learn. We aim to help build these conditions through work with families and community partners.

Responsible use of resources
We are a Hong Kong company limited by guarantee and do not yet hold tax-exempt charitable status under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
We are committed to publishing annual accounts. We aim to keep administrative and fundraising expenses within 10% of total expenditure and to publish the actual proportion. We will share progress and information about resource use as our work develops.

Our planning draws on the Nurturing Care Framework, published in 2018 by the World Health Organization, UNICEF and the World Bank. It describes five interconnected conditions that support children’s development.
