What we collect

Peace for Children Development Limited ("we") collects only the personal data you choose to give us: the name, email address, phone number and message you provide through our contact form or by email, and the email address you provide when subscribing to our newsletter.

This website does not use tracking cookies or visitor analytics. The interactive map on our homepage is provided by a third-party map service; when the map loads, your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to its servers.

How we use it

We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, follow up on volunteering or partnership matters, and send you the newsletter you subscribed to. Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through a third-party form-forwarding service (FormSubmit). We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. To do so, email info@peaceforchildrenhk.com.

Any revision to this policy will be published on this page.
